Adelero Adebajo, MD
HIV-Certified Physician, Internal Medicine, Cooperative Health Inc, Columbia, SC
Dr. Adelero Adebajo is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician, a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a certified HIV specialist with the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She works at Cooperative Health providing Primary Care including HIV prevention and management as well as viral hepatitis care to a diverse adult population. Dr. Adebajo also has an interest in research. She was the project director for the FOCUS project, a hepatitis C screening project that screens and links people to care, through Gilead at Cooperative Health. She is the chair of the treatment pillar of the SC Viral Hepatitis Committee. Her background in Public Health with an emphasis on health education is a booster to her desire to educate her community and patients. She enjoys reading and DIY projects as hobbies.
Ashley Green
Epidemiologist, SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), Charleston, SC
Ashley Green is a native of James Island, South Carolina and a proud member of the Gullah/ Geechee community. Ashley is the Regional Acute Disease Epidemiologist with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. In this position, she leverages her academic background in biology, public health, and health administration and professional experience in biomedical research, higher education, and community engagement to inform strategic public health response. Among many honors, Ashley was selected to participate in the inaugural cohort of the University of South Carolina’s NIH R25 Big Data Health Science Community Scholar Program. She has served as a Fellow at several institutions and served on numerous task forces, advisory committees, and boards.
Carmen Hampton Julious, MSW, LISW-CP&AP
Chief Executive Officer, PALSS, Inc. and Palmetto Family Service Center, LLC
Carmen Julious serves as Chief Executive Officer of PALSS, Inc where she provides executive leadership for a staff of health and human services professionals. She has experience in public and community health services including behavioral/mental health, organizational development, strategic planning, health economics, and research. Her expertise includes extensive experience in social work, behavioral/mental health, program development and evaluation for targeted populations including women of color, LGBT populations, incarcerated persons, homeless people and other vulnerable populations.
Andrew Lynch
Associate VP of Business Intelligence, HopeHealth, Florence, SC
Andrew Lynch brings 18 years of healthcare expertise to his role as the Associate VP of Business Intelligence at HopeHealth. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is currently an MBA candidate at Francis Marion University. Andrew’s career path includes 11 years in various clinic roles providing patient care and seven years at HopeHealth, where he transitioned from a financial analyst to creating the organization’s analytics department. Beyond work, Andrew is a dedicated family man, a proud father to two daughters (Addison (15) and Stella (11)), and a husband to Mary Beth. He enjoys running, reading, and tending to his yard in his spare time.
