Faculty from all disciplines are invited to register for the upcoming 3-hr mini-conference (virtual) on the teaching of artificial intelligence across the curriculum. The conference will occur on April 8 from 1-4pm, Eastern time, via Zoom. Artificial Intelligence is a tool that is being deployed in every field of study and across nearly all sectors of business and industry. Many of the SEC institutions are now teaching AI outside of its traditional engineering disciplines. This conference is an opportunity to share ideas and network across institutions.
There will be an introduction, a keynote address from Ned Finkle (NVIDIA Vice President of External Affairs), three short talks from SEC faculty teaching AI, and breakout sessions by discipline where faculty can discuss trends within 13 broad disciplines. The tentative agenda is pasted below and updated versions can be found at https://ai.ufl.edu/sec-mini-conference/ .
